Browse our inventory of used OEM Porsche parts sourced from US-based salvage facilities. Every component is a genuine factory-original part inspected for condition and listed with full vehicle compatibility details. Porsche OEM parts carry some of the highest dealer pricing in the industry — used OEM from low-mileage accident-damaged donors delivers the same factory engineering at a fraction of the cost. Free shipping on all US orders. VIN fitment confirmed before dispatch.

Porsche's engineering precision means that factory OEM parts are the only reliable replacement option for many components — particularly drivetrain and structural assemblies where dimensional tolerances directly affect handling and performance. The Cayenne, Porsche's best-selling model, shares its platform with the Volkswagen Touareg and Audi Q7 on later generations, but the first-generation Cayenne (2003–2006) uses Porsche-specific drivetrain components that do not cross-reference with the Touareg in all cases — always confirm by VIN before assuming cross-compatibility.

Porsche Cayenne Transfer Case — 2004–2006

The first-generation Porsche Cayenne Turbo (955) with the 4.5L twin-turbocharged V8 uses a Torsen-based active transfer case that distributes torque between front and rear axles as part of the Cayenne's Porsche Traction Management (PTM) system. New OEM replacement pricing for this assembly exceeds $2,000 at the dealer. Our used OEM transfer case from a low-mileage donor is a direct-fit replacement at significantly reduced cost.

  • Fitment: 2004–2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo — Automatic transmission, 4.5L V8 Turbo only
  • Does not fit: Cayenne S (4.5L naturally aspirated) or base Cayenne (3.2L V6) — these use a different transfer case assembly
  • Transmission: Automatic (Tiptronic) only — manual transmission Cayennes use a different unit
⚠️ Confirm Engine and Transmission Variant Before Ordering The first-generation Cayenne was produced in three distinct drivetrain configurations — base V6, Cayenne S V8 naturally aspirated, and Cayenne Turbo V8 twin-turbo — each using a different transfer case. The transfer case in our inventory is specific to the Turbo V8 with automatic transmission. Provide your full VIN to confirm you have the correct variant before ordering.
🔧 Cayenne Transfer Case Note — PTM Calibration The Porsche Cayenne's Porsche Traction Management system may require adaptation using PIWIS diagnostic software after transfer case replacement. This is a calibration procedure, not a coding requirement — but it should be performed by a Porsche specialist or independent shop with PIWIS access to ensure the PTM system operates correctly after installation.
