GreenGears Auto Limited is a UK-registered online reseller of used OEM auto parts, serving customers in the United States. We source parts from verified US-based salvage yards and arrange direct shipment to customers using prepaid shipping labels. We do not hold physical inventory or operate a US warehouse.

🇺🇸 All products are physically located within the United States and are shipped domestically by our US-based supplier partners directly to the customer.

Product Information & Availability

All products sold by GreenGears Auto Limited are used OEM automotive parts, unless otherwise stated. Used parts may show normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. All items are inspected for functionality by our US supplier partners prior to shipment.

⚠ Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the affected item will be canceled and refunded.

Payments

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must not be damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part

A 25% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty Claims

Certain products include a limited replacement warranty. Valid warranty claims must be submitted within the timeframe stated on the product listing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.

Unfortunately the subframe was not rust free as advertised. I paid a welder to weld a patch over a decent sized hole. The additional cost was $200. I didn’t send the part back because it was an extremely heavy and bulky item.
